Upon entering the resort, you are taken along a private road that leads up to the resort, making it feel like a true hideaway. The resort features 130 bungalow-style guest rooms where each bungalow has a view of nature and one-third of it’s living space dedicated to outdoor living.

Hospitality is a quality that Montage Resorts does exceptionally well, however, we noticed it even as vendors who were not resort guests. The way they treated us as vendors says a lot about who they are as a company.

While we were there working, we noticed how the staff did not miss a beat in serving our clients. Whether it was a golf cart transfer, drinks, or general warmth and support on the wedding day, they brought it all with excellence and smiles.

Indoor & Outdoor Options

You have a handful of nature-immersed ceremony and reception sites, and then also an indoor ballroom option. All event space options totaling to over 25,000 square feet! Pairing an outdoor sunset dinner reception with the transfer to the indoor ballroom allows for more opportunity to party later and enjoy that live band you hired!

Easy Access to Town

You can’t go to Sonoma without going wine tasting! The Montage Healdsburg is located in the heart of Sonoma Wine Country, making it an easy drive to enjoy the historic downtown of Healdsburg and wine taste around the Sonoma Valley. Planning a wedding weekend? Consider having your Welcome Party in downtown Healdsburg at one of the restaurants. One of our clients hosted their welcome party at Barndiva, featuring an acoustic artist in the private outdoor space. The event was set under bistro lights, surrounded by trees and vines.
